Overview:
Join our six-week group journaling session designed to support your mental wellbeing and personal growth. This program provides a supportive community environment where participants can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences through guided journaling exercises. Each week will focus on different aspects of mental health, addressing common challenges such as emotional blocks, motivation, clarity, and gaining control over one's life.

- Activities:Guided journaling exercise focusing on identifying and expressing emotions. Group discussion on common emotional blocks and strategies to overcome them. Setting personal goals for the journaling journey.
Week 2: Cultivating Motivation and Positive Habits
- Objective: Explore ways to cultivate motivation and develop positive habits for sustained mental wellbeing.
- Activities:Journaling prompts to reflect on sources of motivation and barriers to action. Group brainstorming on habit formation and accountability. Sharing success stories and challenges in maintaining motivation.
Week 3: Gaining Clarity and Understanding Your Inner Self
- Objective: Enhance self-awareness and clarity about personal values, beliefs, and goals.
- Activities:Reflective journaling exercises to explore personal strengths and weaknesses. Discussion on the role of self-awareness in mental wellbeing. Visualization techniques to align personal goals with core values.
Week 4: Managing Stress and Emotions
- Objective: Learn effective stress management and emotional regulation techniques.
- Activities:Journaling prompts to identify stressors and emotional triggers. Introduction to mindfulness and relaxation exercises. Group discussion on healthy coping mechanisms and emotional resilience.
Week 5: Building Resilience and Empowerment
- Objective: Develop resilience and a sense of empowerment to navigate life's challenges.
- Activities:Journaling exercises focused on past experiences of overcoming adversity. Group sharing of personal empowerment stories. Techniques for building mental strength and optimism.
Week 6: Reflecting and Planning for the Future
